The Flying Kermesse

Race Details

  • Date: Saturday, April 5th, 2025
  • Start Location: LadBrooks, Hall
  • Registration Opens: 8:30 AM
  • Mandatory Race Briefing: 10 minutes before each race AM
  • First Rider Off: 9:30 AM
  • Last Rider Off: Approximately 10:25 AM
  • Finish Location: Ladbrooks


🏁 Race Day Flow:


🕤 9:30 AM Sharp – Racing Begins!


  1. A Grade leads us out, 8 laps
  2. B Grade follows 30 seconds later, 7 laps

(Bell lap will be used – laps may adjust slightly on the day)


🕥 10:25 AM – Final Lap for A Grade and


  1. C Grade starts
  2. D Grade follows 30 seconds later
    → Both grades race approximately 4 laps
    → Everyone will be off the course around 11:00 AM


🕥 11:00- 11:30 AM – BBQ, Drinks and post race banter

🕥 11:30- 11:40 AM – Prize Giving for the Kermesse, the Summer Series and the Spring Teams Event


Race Format & Safety Regulations


  • Graded Scratch 4 x grades A,B,C & D

  • Road Conditions: Open roads,

  • Road Rules: You MUST stay left of the white line at all times, including the final sprint.

  • Disqualification Rule: ANY RIDER CROSSING THE WHITE LINE IN THE SPRINT WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.

Sprint Points System for The Flying Kermesse


Each lap features an intense sprint battle where points are awarded to the top three riders. The final lap carries even bigger points, making every sprint count!
